  • Simply visit our “Book a Meeting Room” page, choose your desired date and time, fill out the short reservation form, and submit. We’ll confirm your booking and send you all the details you need - location, access instructions, amenities, and more.

  • Our meeting room is right here in South Lyon, Michigan, with convenient parking on-site. You won’t have to deal with hunting for spaces - just pull in and head inside to your meeting.

  • The space comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. You can choose from different layouts - boardroom style, classroom style, U-shape, or open seating - whatever fits your meeting best. (If you have something unique in mind, just ask!)

  • We provide high-speed WiFi, a large screen, flexible tables/chairs, and plenty of outlets for devices. Let us know your setup ahead of time and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you.

  • Absolutely - you’re welcome to bring in your own catering or use Biggby Coffee. We can also arrange simple beverage options (coffee, tea, water) if you’d like. Just let us know your preferences when you book.

  • We understand plans shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Our full policy is included in your booking confirmation. If you let us know early, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

  • We believe in transparent pricing - your quote will clearly state the rental rate and what’s included. If you need extra services (e.g., audio-visual technician, extended after-hours access), we’ll outline those costs ahead of time so there are no surprises.

  • Yes - our meeting room supports hybrid setups. With the screen, strong WiFi, and space for cameras or conference phones, you can seamlessly connect remote team members as well as in-person attendees.

  • We often allow early access (5-15 minutes) so you can arrive, arrange the space, plug in your equipment, and get comfortable. This will depend on whether or not there is an event booked prior to yours.
